**The first time you join BQ-LEAH requires a two-step process.**
Step #1 - You must first complete your registration and payment with our parent organization Homeschool NY-LEAH and then return to complete the registration below:

Annual dues are $30 for HSNY-LEAH. These dues renew annually and are separate from membership dues for BQ-LEAH.
Membership in HSNY-LEAH can be at large or through a local chapter like BQ-LEAH. A local chapter typically provides opportunities to meet with experienced home educators, field trips, athletic activities, and various other events.
Step #2 - Complete your registration with Brooklyn-Queens LEAH
BQ-LEAH welcomes new members throughout the year, though the group is most active during the school year.
To become a member, fill out the application below (once your application is processed, you will be emailed additional instructions regarding this year's registration form.)
Our membership year is July 1st through June 30th, annual membership is $55, and our renewal period begins on July 1st of each year.
Registration in April and May will be $25, and closed in June.
In addition to the benefits of chapter membership, HSNY-LEAH offers a quarterly newsletter, discounted membership in the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), and discounted registration fees to regional conferences.
Membership is open to all families who (1) are actively or considering homeschooling their children, (2) have paid BQ-LEAH dues for the current academic year, (3) read and agree to the BQ-LEAH Statement of Faith and annual Waiver Form, and (4) acknowledge that you are in compliance with the homeschool laws of New York State.
Members and prospective members should understand this is a Christian homeschooling support group, with strong Biblical foundations and principles. Programs and activities will reflect this Christian orientation.
